Power supply Audio voltmeter & Tone generator

During the years 1963-1971 when I was young and full of energy, I build a lot of amplifiers and electronic instruments, described in various electronic magazines. It was fun and very rewarding since it gave me a good opportunity to dive into the world of measuring instruments. Between 1968 and 1973 I worked at the Swedish Telecommunication board (Televerket) servicing all sorts of instruments used for audio and video.
The picture shows my little home lab in 1967.

In 1972 I got the opportunity to present some own designs in the Swedish magazine "Radio & Television". This continued until 1985.

Between 1981 and 2004 I worked with design of video subtitling systems and founded my company ScanTitling AB in 1988.

In 1990 I received the Swedish High-tech prize "Silverbobinen" from SSFT, The Swedish Society of Film- and Television Engineers, for developing
The worlds first PC-based subtitling system

That involved hardware construction, assembler programming for Intel and Motorola, pcb design as well as adaption to a lot of languages such as Arabic, Armenian, Chinese, Greek, Hebrew, Russian and Thai besides all other languages based on the latin alphabet. The last product in the line was a subtitle generator for serial digital video. After 2004 the vast majority of the video industri had switched to MPEG and I decided to do something else.
